OTA possible using cwm/TWRP, but
Dolby Atmos and Maxx Audio won't work together after upgrading to 7.2.3, either one will work.
Dolby uninstall zip attached,in case you need to uninstall Dolby Atmos.
Stick to this rom if want to use both together(Dolby Atmos + Maxx Audio)
1-Flash Rom ,then reboot,set up phone.
2- reboot to recovery to flash Dolby Atmos,reboot then turn off Dolby.
3-Reboot to recovery again to flash Maxx Audio.
4.Turn of Maxx volume on Maxx Audio, turn on sound virtualizer and dialogue enhancer on Dolby Atmos to get nice and decent speaker volume and bass( see screenshot s)
*Turn off Maxx Audio if you are using audio out on headphones or home theater system, keep Volume leveller ON on Dolby Atmos
